Discusses dissociation and its relationship to sensory experience of the body. Discusses ways of working in a body-oriented way with dissociation.
Comment:
I'm generally sympathetic to much of what these authors say. At the same time, I'm not sure what is new here, if anything. And there is no presentation of how these authors know what they claim to know, or of what data indicate that their recommendations are valid.
